What is LED light therapy?

Light emitting diode (LED) therapy is a non-invasive, no downtime skin treatment that uses varying wavelengths of light to address various skin conditions. It promotes a natural
photobiochemical reaction similar to the process of plant photosynthesis.

Originally developed by NASA, this treatment boosts your skin's ATP (the energy source of cells) and your skin's natural healing process.

It can help stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, calm inflammation, improve acne, and support overall skin health, all without downtime or discomfort.

What is microcurrent?

Microcurrent is often described as "a workout for your face".

It's a non-invasive, no downtime skin treatment that uses gentle, low-level electrical current that mimics the body's own electrical signals.

It is used to stimulate the underlying muscles of the skin to help tone, contour, and lift facial muscles, as well as enhance the performance of products by improving the penetration of active ingredients.

It can also increase ATP (the energy source of cells), support collagen and elastin production, and decrease inflammation.

Additionally, it can aid in wound healing, making it a powerful, restorative tool in skin health.

What is myofascial release?

Myofascial release is a gentle, restorative technique that focuses on the fascia—the delicate web of connective tissue that supports and surrounds your facial muscles, skin, and structures. In the face, fascia plays a key role in circulation, fluid movement, muscle tone, and overall glow.

Stress, facial tension, repetitive expressions, and daily environmental exposure can cause this tissue to become tight or restricted. When that happens, you may notice puffiness, dullness, jaw tension, or a feeling of heaviness in the face.

Facial myofascial release uses slow, intentional movements and sustained pressure to soften these restrictions. The result is improved circulation, enhanced lymphatic flow, natural lifting, and a deeply relaxed, radiant appearance.

What is lymphatic drainage?

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to support your body’s natural detox and fluid-balancing system. The lymphatic system helps move excess fluid, waste, and toxins away from tissues, playing an essential role in reducing puffiness, supporting immunity, and maintaining healthy, radiant skin.

In the face, stress, inflammation, lack of sleep, hormonal shifts, or sluggish circulation can cause fluid to build up.

Facial lymphatic drainage uses light, intentional strokes that follow the natural pathways of the lymphatic system to encourage healthy flow.

The result is reduced puffiness, improved contour, brighter skin tone, and a refreshed, sculpted appearance.

Beyond the visible glow, it promotes deep relaxation and supports your skin’s natural ability to renew and restore itself.
